Sure Shot Sid's Original Gunpowder Seasoning is the charcoal smoky blend created by Sidney Page of J M Exotic Foods in Moody, Alabama back in 1994. Activated charcoal in the blend helps build a rich, dark crust, while the savoury mix of salt, onion, garlic, black pepper and spices brings deep grill flavour to just about anything.
Great on eggs, salads, pork, hamburgers, chicken, steak, ribs, shrimp, popcorn, french fries, or just about anything.
How to use: Sprinkle on meat or vegetables before grilling, smoking, or frying. For best results, use about 1 to 2 tablespoons per pound.
