Shipping Options

BBQ RUBS, SAUCES AND ACCESSORIES:
We offer free shipping for online orders over $100 before taxes to most of Canada. Orders under $100 have flat rate shipping of $15 to the rest of Canada (some exceptions may apply.)

LOCAL DELIVERY ON BBQ PELLETS AND GRILLS:
We offer free local delivery on pellet and grill orders over $150 within a 65km range of KW region or 160km radius for orders of $300 or more.

We only offer local delivery on wood pellets. 

COURIER DELIVERY ON GRILLS AND LARGE ITEMS:
We offer courier delivery to most of Canada on our pellet smokers. Local delivery to areas including Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Stratford, London, Hamilton Niagara Falls, and the GTA will be handled by us directly, we will contact you to schedule delivery and assist you with moving your smoker to its new location, evening and weekend delivery options are available. Local delivery time can range between 2 and 14 days, please message us if special arrangements are needed.

Delivery outside our local area is available by courier delivery on all smokers, we have free delivery to most major cities in Canada with curbside drop off. If standard courier delivery is not available to your area we will contact you to discuss other options.

If a shipping option is not available at checkout please contact us for options available to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery to all shipping addresses in Canada, if shipping complications occur we will contact you with our best available options. If agreeable shipping arrangements cannot be made we do reserve the right to cancel an order and a full refund will be provided. 

Accepting delivery: Higher value orders will be shipped with signature required on delivery. Customers must inspect all deliveries for damage and note any findings to the delivery company before signing and accepting the delivery.
