Description

The Original Cajun Pepper Sauce

This is the traditional Slap Ya Mama pepper sauce, the one the hotter Cajun Hot Sauce was built from. It brings explosive Cajun heat and flavour in a 5 oz bottle, with the family's special blend of Cajun spices behind the peppers, made to wake up your favourite dishes with real Louisiana flavour without burying them.

A Louisiana Staple

Slap Ya Mama comes from Walker & Sons in Ville Platte, Louisiana, the family company behind the Cajun seasoning blends BBQ Shack already stocks. The sauces carry the same thinking as the seasonings: real Cajun flavour first, heat that belongs there, and a blend that works on everyday cooking as well as barbecue.

  • Traditional Louisiana pepper sauce in a 5 fl oz bottle
  • The original recipe the hotter Cajun Hot Sauce builds on
  • Best on eggs, gumbo, jambalaya, red beans and rice, and fried chicken
  • Made in Ville Platte, Louisiana by Walker & Sons
