Inspired by travels in Texas and the southern US states - this rub was designed to let the true flavours of the beef shine through as the star of the show. Bold Browning offers the perfect taste and texture profile for beef. Bold Browning is not only an amazing rub for steak and beef ribs, but also for pork, lamb, and wild game. High-heat searing, roasting, or low and slow barbecue maximizes this seasoning’s rich flavour and prized crusting effect. Brown bolding can be incorporated into ethnic cultural favourites, like Jamaican jerk, Mexican fajitas, Cuban stews/chilies, Texas brisket, and beef rib rub.

Cluck & Squeal Bold Browning Steak Recipe

For a 1" - 1.5" Steak, apply the Bold Browning rub generously.  Allow 45 mins - 1.5 hours for the seasoning to fully penetrate and flavour the meat.  I recommend searing the meat for the best results.
